- Can you ship saplings outside Tamilnadu / outside India ?Open or Close
YES we can DELIVER when the order value is ABOVE 10,000 rupees here in we pool the orders, we get and consolidate them and send the plants purchased ones in fortnight, it shall be door delivered and delivery charges shall be intimated in advance, you can send us an email on the plants and products you wish to buy from us and we shall confirm the exact date and time of delivery upon which you can make fund transfers.
- Can I make payment on delivery?Open or Close
Sorry we don’t have that provision. You may make a bank transfer( vide RTGS / NEFT ) by talking to our executive on the phone – but payments needs to be made before the dispatch of saplings / plants from the nursery.
- Can you provide us planting consultancy?Open or Close
Yes.
- Do you conduct any training program ( Grafting / Farming related )?Open or Close
Sorry we don’t conduct any training program. Butin this regard there are lot of enquiries. You may send us an email and we shall get in touch with you once we start the program.
- What if I want a plant / sapling which is not featured in your nursery?Open or Close
You may send us the plant / sapling name or a photo when you don’t know the name we will revert backto you as to when can we make it available / deliver it to you.
- What if the plants / sapling delivered gets damaged while transporting?Open or Close
We shall ship good and healthy plants, transport damages are beyond our control.
- How much does a irrigation installation cost?Open or Close
It’s too early to discuss on the cost until we measure the area and arrive on to a bill of quantity. Hence, you may send us the complete address and details of the project and size to our email address and we shall contact you within two working days.
- Are you open on Sundays?Open or Close

- Can you visit our farm pre / post planting the saplings?Open or Close
Definitely. Provided the value of the deal is greater than Rs 10000.
- Do you undertake residential gardening work assignments?Open or Close

- Can somebody from Greenage nursery come / inspect our farmland and give me a quote?Open or Close

- I don't have a drawing or measurement of the plot, how can we proceed on designing?Open or Close
No issues we can do it for you, pl send us a detailed email on your wish list and approximate measurement and we shall take care of it
- Do you charge consultation fees for visit?Open or Close
Yes we do charge for visit which would be further adjusted for the landscape development, in a way you are not paying for the visit. Same time we are also confident that we are meeting a client.
- Can you help us in planting the saplings bought from you?Open or Close
Definitely. Besides this we will provide you the list of natural pesticides / manures which are required before / after planting saplings.
- We have an irrigation system which needs to be lookedOpen or Close
Yes we will be more than happy to repair and troubleshoot the problem, you may send us the complete address and details of the project and size on to our email address and we shall contact you in two working days.
- How long do you take to reply for an email enquiry?Open or Close
For all the enquiries made between Monday to Saturday - you may get an immediate reply ,say within 2-3 hours. For enquiries made on Sunday you may get reply on Monday.
- What will be your charges towards garden maintenance?Open or Close
Depends on the area and plants – pl send us an email and we shall get in touch with you within two working days.
